Study On Evaluation Of Returning-Home Migrant Workers' Entrepreneurial Environment

Study on evaluation of entrepreneurial environment of returning-home migrant workers is not only a hotspot concerned by the field of entrepreneurship research, more than a new topic of rural economic research. At present, there are plenty of research on entrepreneurial environment at home and abroad, however, mostly focus on research on certain cities or areas, study on returning-home migrant workers'entrepreneurial environment, both in theoretical studies and in practice, has been neglected. In this context, this paper which takes entrepreneurial environment of returning-home migrant workers as a key point, based on previous study on entrepreneurial environment and combined with specific realities of entrepreneurial environment of returning-home migrant workers, which, contribute to enrich the theory of entrepreneurial environment of returning-home migrant workers. By means of research on entrepreneurial environment of returning-home migrant workers, to find out bottlenecks what influence on entrepreneurial environment of returning-home migrant workers and then put forward pertinence policy suggestion how to improve and upgrade the entrepreneurial environment of returning-home migrant workers, offering the support on improvement direction, measures and emphasis of entrepreneurial environment.The Chapter one processed theoretical heckle to research achievements on entrepreneurial environment at home and abroad, the current research on the entrepreneurial environment can be summarized as inscape and evaluation model, by drawing on theoretical research at home and abroad to research the inscapes of entrepreneurial environment of returning-home migrant workers as well as evaluation model how to build.The Chapter two processed defined in basic theories and related concepts of entrepreneurial environment of returning-home migrant workers. At first, combined with theoretical research achievements on of entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial environment, to define the concept of entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial environment. There is a shortage of funds, financing difficulty, lacks in government policy, imperfection of infrastructure, lacks in entrepreneurial service, lacks in related trains and guidance as well as shortage of talents in entrepreneurial environment. On this basis, take Mianxian County, Shaanxi Province for an example, to summarize the current situation of entrepreneurial environment.Main parts of Chapter four and Chapter five builds the evaluation model of entrepreneurial environment of returning-home migrant workers and evaluates the entrepreneurial environment of returning-home migrant workers taken Mianxian County, Shaanxi Province for an example. Chapter four builds firstly evaluation index system on entrepreneurial environment of returning-home migrant workers, based on this method by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in fuzzy mathematics to determine the weight of each index system and introduces the calculation method of entrepreneurial environment of returning-home migrant workers by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Chapter five at the basis of Chapter four, by using the method in Chapter four to evaluate the entrepreneurial environment of returning-home migrant workers from Mianxian County, Shaanxi Province, by calculating the scores to determine the superior position and inferior position in entrepreneurial environment of returning-home migrant workers.The Chapter five is final part of this paper.
