| Since 2008,entrepreneurship of migrant workers returning home in Hubei has gradually become a trend,especially in the mainstream of new generation migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses.Compared with the traditional farmers who are rooted in agricultural production,migrant workers are quite different in their entrepreneurial activities.Generally speaking,the new generation of migrant workers is born after 1980,and migrant workers work for more than 6 months.According to the data published by the Statistics Bureau of Hubei Province,in 2016,the proportion of the new generation of migrant workers in Hubei province accounted for more than 70% of the migrant workers in the province.They created an output value of about 350 billion yuan,which has become an important force for the economic development of Hubei Province.However,in the process of creating wealth and seeking self development in the cities,the new generation of migrant workers are mostly trapped in the "integration of cities".In reality,these new generation of migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses are not going smoothly.On the one hand,there is a shortage of venture capital.Although Hubei provincial government and the state central government actively support the return of rural migrant workers,but this kind of Entrepreneurial Capital conditions are not superior,even if they can get financial support from the state,but it is also a cup of water;on the other hand,the quality of the main body is not high.Compared with urban residents,although the new generation of migrant workers are full of fighting spirit and ambitions for entrepreneurship,the quality of entrepreneurship is not too high.Their academic level is not outstanding,and the training of entrepreneurial skills is not in place.It is not sufficient for how to manage the enterprises effectively.The enterprises are unavoidable to exist in various aspects such as financing,product research and development,technology innovation and so on.Under these circumstances,their entrepreneurial activities are difficult.The new generation of migrant workers born in the 80 s and 90 s of the last century had the difficulties of melting the city: On the one hand,the large number of new generation of migrant workers,coupled with the limited carrying capacity of the city,made it difficult for them to integrate into the city;There is a difference between self-education level and professional skills and urban demand,making the city less acceptable.To this end,many new generations of migrant workers choose to return home to start their own businesses.According to the statistical data of the Hubei Provincial Human Resources Agency,from the beginning of the 2008 “ Return to Entrepreneurship Project” to the end of 2013,a total of 220,000 migrant workers returned home to start businesses,including a large number of new generations of migrant workers.At the same time,according to the national statistics in 2017,there are more than 350,000 migrant workers returning home to start businesses.At the same time,peasant workers returned home to start their own business and have received support from governments at all levels in Hubei Province.The government has issued a number of supportive policies,such as the "Implementation Opinions on Further Implementing Services for Migrant Workers" of the Hubei Provincial People's Government(No.67 Document of Hubei Zhengzhou [2015])and the "General Office of the People's Government of Hubei Province" on Supporting Migrant Workers "Implementation Opinions for the Return of Personnel,etc."(E.Zheng,[2016] No.10 Document),etc.In reality,these new generations of migrant workers return home to start a business is not plain sailing.On the one hand,there is a shortage of venture capital.Although the Hubei provincial government departments and the national central government actively support the return of rural migrant workers to start businesses,the capital conditions of such entrepreneurial entities are not superior.Even if they can receive financial support from the state,it is not a good idea to pay a salary;on the other hand,the entrepreneurial entity The quality is not high.Compared with urban residents,although the majority of new generation of migrant workers are full of ambitious and ambitious entrepreneurial ventures,the quality of entrepreneurship is not excessive.Their academic qualifications are not outstanding,and entrepreneurial skills training is not in place.It is not enough to effectively manage the company's knowledge.Enterprises created will inevitably have problems in financing,product research and development,and technological innovation.Under this,their entrepreneurial activities can be described as difficult.The new generation of migrant workers entrepreneurship is of great significance.On the one hand,it can not only stimulate more migrant workers to carry out entrepreneurial activities,but also has a non-negligible role in promoting the transformation of the rural economic system and the promotion of new rural construction.On the other hand,this activity has brought the distance between cities and townships closer.Making the urban economy more communicative is conducive to ease the current urban-rural dual mechanism.With such a large number of advantages,it is of great practical significance to tap the problems and solutions of the new generation of migrant workers returning home.Therefore,in this article,the author describes the current situation of the new generation of migrant workers returning home in Hubei Province,analyzes the factors for the new generation of migrant workers to return home,and builds countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the new generation of migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start business in order to promote Hubei.The province's new generation of migrant workers made their contribution to return to their hometowns.This study mainly consists of literature research methods,empirical analysis methods and comparative induction methods,which are mainly divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.Based on the research background and the significance of the research,the paper introduces the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars,and summarizes the research contents and explains the research methods.It is the introduction part of this research.The second part of the theoretical overview,starting from the two core concepts of migrant workers,the new generation of migrant workers,this study is related to the relevant theories.These include human capital theory,social capital theory and entrepreneurship theory.The third part of the current situation analysis,based on a large number of empirical data,comprehensive use of data and charts to reveal the scale of the new generation of migrant workers in Hubei Province returning home to start their own businesses,entrepreneurial funding sources,entrepreneurial industries,etc.(mainly including professional cooperatives,e-commerce,and family farms).The fourth part is the analysis of factors,mainly from the new generation of migrant workers' own cultural quality and entrepreneurial skills,financial institutions to support the new generation of migrant workers to return home to support entrepreneurship,the government's policy support for the new generation of migrant workers to return home,and urban and rural dual structure to freshmen.On the basis of the four aspects of the impact of peasant workers returning to their hometowns to start their own businesses,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the new generation of migrant workers to return home.The
