Research On The Influence Entrepreneurial Environment On The Entrepreneurial Intention Of Returning Rural Migrant Workers

Driven by the strategy of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" and rural revitalization,relevant government departments have introduced a series of measures to support returnees to innovate and start businesses in rural areas.The favorable entrepreneurial environment has ushered in opportunities for migrant workers to return to their hometowns and start businesses.It is of great significance for accelerating agricultural modernization,increasing farmers’ income and invigorating rural economy to promote the orderly development of entrepreneurial practice activities of returning migrant workers.The quality of entrepreneurial environment is the key to directly affect the success of entrepreneurial practice activities.The entrepreneurial activity degree and success rate of regional entrepreneurship cannot be separated from the support of external environment.Different from other entrepreneurial groups,returning migrant workers are limited by their own knowledge and cultural level and ability,and are more likely to encounter setbacks and failures,especially in the face of the imperfect returnee entrepreneurial environment system,so they need more support and guidance from external forces.In this context,based on the situation and particularity of returning migrant workers,this paper constructs five dimensions of entrepreneurial environment and explores the influence process of external environmental factors on returning migrant workers’ entrepreneurial behavior.This paper takes returning migrant workers as the research object,and conducts field research in Luxi County,Zhijiang County,Pingjiang County and Cili County,which are the national pilot counties of returning migrant workers to start businesses in Hunan Province.The entrepreneurial behavior of returning migrant workers is investigated from the comprehensive perspective of external entrepreneurial environment and internal personal factors.Based on the ternary interaction theory,GEM entrepreneurial environment theory and planned behavior theory,a hypothesis model is constructed,which takes entrepreneurial environment as independent variable,entrepreneurial intention as intermediate variable,entrepreneur characteristics as moderating variable and entrepreneurial behavior as dependent variable.This paper tries to summarize the main components of entrepreneurial environment and open the black box of the mechanism of entrepreneurial environment on returning entrepreneurial behavior.In order to enrich the relevant theoretical research results of entrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurial behavior back home;It is expected to provide reference for relevant government departments to improve the entrepreneurial environment.This paper uses statistical software SPSS26.0 and AMOS25.0 to analyze and process the data of 349 questionnaires.Through the analysis,the results show that :(1)five sub-dimensions of returnee entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurial services,resource endowment,policy support,social culture and entrepreneurial market environment can affect individuals’ returnee entrepreneurial behavior.(2)Entrepreneurial intention is the best variable to predict individual entrepreneurial behavior.On the one hand,it is significantly positively affected by entrepreneurial environment,and on the other hand,it can also predict entrepreneurial behavior.(3)Risk taking and forward-looking personality have a positive moderating effect on entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior.(4)The mediating role of entrepreneurial intention is further tested by the moderating variables of entrepreneurial characteristics.Based on the research conclusions,relevant policy suggestions are put forward from the aspects of optimizing entrepreneurial environment and improving entrepreneurial characteristics to promote the practice of returning home entrepreneurship.To improve the environment for returning home entrepreneurs,we can optimize the service environment,base on the advantages of rural resources,create a good atmosphere for returning home entrepreneurs,strengthen the policy support for returning home entrepreneurs,and improve the market environment for entrepreneurs.The improvement of entrepreneurs’ characteristics can be started from the practice of entrepreneurship training,and entrepreneurship training can be carried out according to the different needs,regional characteristics and entrepreneurial stage of returning migrant workers to stimulate their enthusiasm for entrepreneurship.
