Study On The Influence Ofrural Entrepreneurial Environment On The Return Home Entrepreneurial Intention Of Migrant Workers

Entrepreneurship is an important driving force to promote regional economic growth and social progress.Under the current strategic background of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and development and consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation,migrant workers returning to their hometowns to start businesses not only helps to gather human,financial and intellectual resources in rural areas,activate rural innovation vitality and industrial development,but also helps to create employment opportunities and improve the level of household income in rural areas.It is of great significance to promoting the comprehensive rural revitalization and consolidating the achievements in poverty alleviation.Entrepreneurial environment is an important factor driving innovation and entrepreneurial behavior.Studying the entrepreneurial intention of migrant workers back home from the perspective of rural entrepreneurial environment can not only enrich the theoretical achievements related to entrepreneurial environment and behavior,but also provide theoretical reference and reference for the government’s policy introduction and the entrepreneurial practice of farmers.Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical significance.At first,this paper analyzes the research trends of migrant workers’ return home entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial environment,and analyzes the theoretical basis of entrepreneurial process theory and entrepreneurial environment theory.Secondly,on the basis of referring to the existing research,this chapter constructs the evaluation index system of rural entrepreneurial environment from five dimensions,namely financial support,policy support,business environment,infrastructure and entrepreneurial culture,based on the entrepreneurial environment theory and the actual situation of Chinese migrant workers returning home to start businesses.And further analyzed the rural entrepreneurial environment of each dimension of the impact of migrant workers back home entrepreneurship mechanism.Thirdly,taking M County as an example,this paper analyzes the entrepreneurial environment of M County and the status quo of migrant workers returning to their hometowns to start businesses,and empirically tests the impact of rural entrepreneurial environment on migrant workers returning to their hometowns to start businesses by using questionnaire survey data and optimal scale regression model.It is found that entrepreneurial finance,entrepreneurial policies,business environment,entrepreneurial infrastructure and entrepreneurial culture all have positive promoting effect on migrant workers’ returning home entrepreneurial intention.Finally,based on the perspective of rural entrepreneurial environment,this paper constructs a support system for migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses from three aspects:financial support,policy support,business environment,infrastructure and entrepreneurial culture,including capital support,public service and infrastructure support and entrepreneurial culture support.
