The Study On Flat Management In Zhang Jiajie Branch Of China Construction Bank

This article first elaborates the theoretical basis of flat organization designing, including all types of organization construction, and then analyzes the necessary structure variables and scene variables.This article first elaborates the theoretical basis of flattening organization designing, including all types of organization construction, and then analyzes the necessary structure change quantities and scene change quantities.In chapter 2, this article summarizes the evolution history of Commercial bank organization construction in our country and the relationship with flat management. In chapter 3, we summarized the present organization construction of international banking industry and make an induction of the enlightenment that flat organization construction of west commercial banks bring to us, through the structure schematic drawing. And then we design the schematic drawing of reform direction of organization construction in Chinese Banking industry and analyze the actual condition which the flat management of China Construction Bank has. In chapter 4, we make a good study of the present organization construction of second-level branch. In chapter 5, which is most important, we take the example of ZhangJiaJie branch after explaining the goal and the principle of the flat management.In the last part of the article, we make a discussion for further reform of flat management of second-level bank.
