In order to adapt to the development of market economy and improve the internal management system, the domestic accounting firms has experienced three stages of change: the affiliated institution, the public institution and the enterprise corporation. Under the situation of the reform and open policy, The market has put forward higher requirements on domestic accounting firms, especially in the improvement and change of organization structure.Under the theoretical support of the management science and the organizational behavior theories on the organizational structure and organizational change, this paper compared the domestic and foreign public accounting firms’ organizational structure characteristics, analyzed the organizational structure problems, and also studied the process of organizational structure reform.In the new structure design, the scheme focused on the flattening of the organizational structure, introducing the competitive system and the person training team. The process of this structural change specially focused on the preparation, overcoming the obstacles in the reform, and the effects of the transformation are the enhancement of the competitiveness and business development capacity.This paper could provide references for domestic CPAs in organizational structure change.
