In recent years,with the rapid development of the banking sector at the same time,changing the bank's overall business environment from the external environment,promote market-oriented interest rate,the escalation of competition among the same industry,the Internet as well as the financial impact caused by economic restructuring The rise in nonperforming loans is also a huge challenge for banks now.From the internal environment,the high cost of the physical network operations,at the same time,fast and convenient electronic banking,but also makes bank branches have access to groups of customers more and more limited.The internal and external environment to bring the pressure to continue to promote the entire industry to make a new reform and transformation,how to improve the effectiveness of outlets,more effective incentive network staff has become the focus of each bank.For now,there is incentive for the commercial bank branch employees a lot of problems,directly affect the network staff enthusiasm for work,if long-term lack of positive bank branch employees work attitude,so that banks will inevitably lose competitiveness,customer satisfaction and real economic benefits,so if,for how can we find a more appropriate and effective incentives for banks is an important issue to be solved.This paper takes the Industrial Bank Quanzhou Branch as the object of study and uses the relevant incentive theory to study the problems in the management of the employees in the Quanzhou branch,such as the management and evaluation of employees,the training of the employees,the performance appraisal and the construction of enterprise culture.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the enthusiasm of employees and combines the advanced experiences of the banks in recent years.Finally,we choose the representative Z network in the outlets of the Industrial Bank of Quanzhou Branch,and through the implementation of the new scheme of incentive employees in the Z network and the actual effect analysis,we hope to find out the actual Z floor,Bank Quanzhou Branch outlets widely applicable staff incentive methods.
