Mold production is a typical production mode faced to the orders,its mode is similar with new project development.Because of its multi-project runparallel,resource shared and task period uncertainty,which make project management,even multi-management project management became a indispensable production management means for mold production factory.But along with economic development,the requirement for project management is increased higher and higher,the traditional CCPM and PERT showed limitations.During recent years, aimed to traditional methods' limitations, people are beginning to concern TOC theory in the field of application of project management--Critical Chain project management (CCPM).The thesis studies critical chain method application based on multi-project mold development management. To solve the problems of mold development plan and schedule proposed control is its major purpose. Its major work studied as below:(1). Critical chain application studied in multi-project management.(2). Study execute method in plan and dispatch project,based on CPM.(3). Study in buffer size setting.(4). Study in the method of project priority setting.(5). Critical chain method instance application in mold development multi-project management.
