Currently parallel multi-project management has become the biggest challenge forenterprises, and the research about multi-project management always be the focus in theacademic career. The limited resources can not always fulfill the need in differentprojects under the circumstances of parallel multi-project. The conflict frequentlyhappens in the parallel process. Studying the enterprises’ multi-project management,analyzing the different effect from different resources distribution to the projectobjection and searching for the best way for distribution are important questions neededto be resolved. It is very meaningful for us.Based on the literature and previous research, this paper has a detailedintroduction to traditional project management skills and critical chain. Under thecircumstances of parallel multi-project, single project critical chain is the foundation. Incase of the conflict among the parallel process, we put the multi-project entirety in thefirst place. The paper puts forward the using priority, establishes the allocation rules andsolves the problem of resource allocation. Then the author put forward the concept ofcritical chain crowd. Taking the process and environment into consideration, the authorfind out the proper way for setting the buffer method and establishing sub critical chainbuffer monitoring mechanism. This paper create a target function to identify optimal subcritical chain group and find the optimal sub critical chain scheduling plan. At last theauthor uses the example to validate this method’s feasibility and effectiveness.
