These years each automotive enterprise need provide more reliable product in ashorter time to match even drive the changing of market. For the enterprise which oneprovides spare parts to automotive, they also need provide qualified and stable product in afixed duration to coordinate OEM’s schedule which could cause limited companyresources become the bottleneck of project launch. The major methods this thesis used is based on Critical Chain Theory, then combinewith the specific of auto industry and also the strength of other project managing tools, toapply and optimize schedule management on automotive parts industry. The major optimized aspects are: on duration estimation, traditional methods has toomuch safe time, but critical chain’s50%cut off is also too ideal, so we could getdifferent output according to define the range of variance of PERT’s optimistic andpessimistic time, at least20%time saving we could see from some sample of single project;on resource conflicting, traditional solution just focus on total duration, this thesisemphasize the judgment on following steps and involved step’s duration, we could achievearound13%saving on single project, meanwhile considering the impact from critical chainand buffer consumption, efficiently balance resource on multi-project is achievable; onprioritize multi-project, get the priority by Delphi methods to set different factor andweight value and industry specialty; finally using effective buffer control to make sureproject going smoothly.
