The Research Of Human Capital Depreciation Risk Evaluation

Enterprise will surely incur a loss because of the risk that caused by the deprecation of human capital.It is critical to identify and control the risk of human capital depreciation effectively,and to guarantee the human capital value added.Therefore,It's time to research the human capital depreciation risk deeply.In this thesis,on the basis of the risk of human capital depreciation at home and abroad between present research and related models,define the concept of Human Capital Depreciation risk and its classification. Then it use a method of risk management to the research of human capital depreciation risk.First of all,by the analytic factor process,it identifies the risk of human capital devaluation in enterprise own human capital,enterpris external,enterprise internal.Such as devaluation risk in healthfactors,in the critical age,in different level of education,in technological progress ,and so on.Secondly,Around these nine categories of risk,establish the more scientific HCDRES (human capital deprecation risk evaluation system)with 27 indicators. and then use analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE) establish the comprehensive risk evaluation model.Finally, Radiation pattern is proposed to carry out the warning of depreciation risk.Thirdly,It propose a control strategy for production mechanism of human capital deprecation risk.Finally,It utilize the HCDRES to evaluate the figures of human capital deprecation risk of q subsidiary of China Unicom,and find out the result is 0.5020.This result is slightly higher than the general level,but it is still in the acceptable range.
