As new economy, knowledge economy gradually sweeping across the world today, the enormous value of the human capital has been recognized by more and more people, the stock of human capital of enterprises has already become the key of an enterprise continue and fast developing, the growth of enterprise's human capital has already become the key condition that a modern enterprises to survive and develope. Just as Jack Welch says, the ability of learning and put what had learnt into effect has been the finally advantage of an enterprise. So, in the era of knowledge-driven economy, the establishment of the studying-organization has become an inevitable requirement of modern enterprise's development, the human capital investment of enterprise has already become a recurrent expenditure.There is investment there is risk, especially because enterprise's human capital has characteristic different from the general capital, that make enterprise's human capital investment has greater risk, so that a lot of enterprises "think highly of using while paying insufficient attention to training", hinder the continued rapid growth of enterprises and sluggish the whole society development at the same time.This article tries to start with the characteristics of human capital of enterprises, in terms of risk management, study enterprise's human capital investment risk. This paper proposes the enterprise's human capital investment risk evading measure based on the enterprise's human capital investment risk decision, risk predicting, risk warning, and enterprise's internal and external environment, etc, in the hope of reducing enterprise's human capital investment risk, improve the rate of return on investment of the human capital, change the current situation that enterprises "think highly of using while paying insufficient attention to training", offer valuable references and suggestions for the continued rapid growth of modern enterprises.
