Nowadays, human capital plays a key role on fast economic growth. Society, enterprises and individuals have increasingly valued human capital investment, but they are all not satisfied with the return. Human capital depreciation is one of the important factors causing the results. With the advancement of society and science, this kind of human capital depreciation phenomenon will become more and more common. Also, its negative effect is obviously serious, one of which is to influence person-job fit in enterprises. It has caused the concern of academic and business fields.Based on the existing research results, this paper finds the following two questions. First, the measurement of the human capital depreciation has rarely been researched in the management field. Second, although the researchers have concerned importance of the relationship between human capital depreciation, person-job fit and knowledge learning, the further research progress has not happened.The paper probes into the above questions, and its basic structure is as follows. The first chapter, introduction part, puts forward research problems. The second chapter, literature review and discussion part, summarizes the existing related researches. The third chapter, human capital depreciation scale development part, establishes human capital depreciation scale, and verifies its reliability and validity, taking the knowledge intensive service enterprises in Shanghai as an example. The fourth chapter, the theoretical and empirical researches of human capital depreciation, analyzes the relationship between human capital depreciation, person-job fit, and knowledge learning. The fifth chapter, conclusion part, puts forward the related management suggestions, lack, and future research director. |
