Family enterprises is an important part of the private economy, which can greatly influences the development of national economy. The focus of competition between businesses were transferred with the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, material resources is no longer the competitive advantage in the security business, and the intellectual capital has become to be the source of survive and development in the fierce market competition. The fierce market competition presented the challenge to the family business human resources management pattern. How to optimize existing human resources management and adapt to the needs of the future development become to a theoretical and practical significance research topic.The Heart to Heart Group has already carried on the system reform, converting the idea and innovation mechanism from 1997, but there also have many problems in staff management which seriously restricted to realize the strategic objectives. Firstly pointed out the significance and the research goal, carried on the analysis to the domestic and foreign human resources management theory and also indicated the innovation and shortages in this thesis; carried on showing the connotation and the characteristic of family firm and human resources management pattern, introduced the family business human resources management pattern classification; on the basic, the author has carried on the present situation of human resources management, pointed out the questions and the reason; Management pattern's optimization is the focus in this study. The author first talked about the overall performance-oriented proceeding, then pointed out the improvement direction and the corrective method of recruitment management, training management, incentive management and performance management of Heart to Heart Group. Finally proposed that provide the safeguard for human resources management pattern improvement program implementation by transforming personnel idea, planning the development of human resources, consummating the organization structure, establishing the exit mechanism and creating a fair, democratic and relaxed working environment.Human resources management pattern improvement is one kind of strategic idea, which emphasis the organic synthesis of enterprise training system and the enterprise development strategy, and provided the support to enterprise development. This passage has a positive reference and guidance not only for the Heart to Heart Group, but also for other domestic family enterprises human resources management.
