With the rapid development of science and technology and sustainable development of world economy in the information technology and economic globalization, driven by competition between foreign enterprises will be further intensified. So, faced with increasingly fierce and competitive business environment, which also will lead to greater attention to human resources management company, as an important component of the field of human resources performance management, how the various companies will design, maintain and adjust the human resources within the organization management system, building performance management system becomes even more important.Described in this paper is to analyze the status of M corporate performance management, performance management problems and how to solve the problem of cases of this series of papers. This paper studies the theory and practice of Human Resources as a starting point to investigate the data and M-related sector companies based on the actual situation, using SWOT analysis method, made a detailed analysis of the M-house performance management and human resources the status of resource management, use of statistical analysis, questionnaire survey methods such as a comprehensive analysis of the case study to identify its problems, in the meantime, the thesis consults theories which related to performance management, in order to build performance management optimization system which is stressed on Key Performance Indicators, to achieve corporate performance and employee personal development harmonious win-win situation.
