Enterprises in the daily production operations will generate large amounts of data, such as: production data, marketing data, customer information, these data reflect the production , sales and customer information and other important information. More and more companies need to rely on the computer to complete the tedious work of many daily transactions to improve efficiency. With the popularity of Office Automation and computer technology, workflow technology is generated for us. Then gradually be used for telecommunications, manufacturing, financial services, scientific experiments and office automation. In practical applications, workflow will be realized by workflow management system, the appropriate workflow management system will help companies reduce workload, can be optimized for enterprise management and provide a scientific basis for workflow transformation.There is also a problem with increasing popularity of computer technology, the amount of data increases over time and multiplied, so that most enterprises will have to face difficulties of data management due to the increasing database. Since the 20th century, 90 years, the phenomenon become common, and it set off a wave of business intelligence at home and abroad crazily. With the data warehouse and data mining technologies become more sophisticated, they provided technical support for the implementation of business intelligence. Among the enterprises, whether industry or cross-industry, competition is increasingly fierce, and thus the demand for business intelligence also increases.The topic use D2's (Digital Darwin) entire business process for the study. The company is a film post production and distribution business supplier. In the film post-production, packaging, and distribution throughout the process, the company has advanced process equipment, high degree of automation facilities, but the isolation of information between devices and equipment, work flow of information between adjacent isolation, often cause problems to the former tasks, there is no timely feedback of information to relevant personnel, leading to the next task has been started, which will affect the entire line produced products with high quality. According to the actual needs of the company, we designed and developed a workflow management system to deal with a variety of data, effectively manage business process, and monitor production process in real time.This article is divided into six parts. The first chapter is the introduction, the main topic of this background, significance, literature review, research and innovation of ideas and papers to be elaborated; in the second chapter, mainly on theoretical knowledge related with this article. Including the basic concepts of relevant theoretical knowledge and research status of workflow management systems and business intelligence; third chapter focuses on business intelligence-based workflow management system. From the limitations of traditional management system leads to the urgent needs for business intelligence management system. However, the Business Intelligence in enterprise-based workflow management application must be gradually implemented. First is to build an open architecture. Followed by in-depth needs analysis. The third is to encourage users to adopt autonomous mode. Fourth, the implementation of efficient management, especially performance management. The fifth is to support to obtain and analyze information and tapping the potential information to predict the future of business; Chapters IV and V is the core of this article. The fourth chapter is a business intelligence enterprise-based workflow management application. In-depth needs analysis is one of expression. In this chapter, we do an in-depth company demand analysis for the entire business process, transfer the business process analysis into a workflow model can be analyzed by computer, and design the company's overall framework for workflow, and realized the optimization of the original business process. The workflow management system allows each process can be carried out smoothly and orderly, but also achieve real-time monitoring of production lines, production lines'real time problem solving and the progress of the production process. The fifth chapter is a business intelligence technology in quality control and customer relationship management practice. The first section is the analysis of the report, the analysis of existing business reports are often started as business intelligence applications. We use data mining technology for equipment failure analysis, products'quality analysis. Data Report serves the company's business layer; The second one is a statistical data mining application in product delivery. Use SPC to analyze the product delivery time. View if the product delivery time is in control or not, if the delivery time out of control, then we will analyze the reason. The product delivered on time or ahead of schedule is a measurement to customer satisfaction, and also is the realization to customer relationship management. Data analysis primarily serve the enterprise's management; The third one is the application of the customer decision tree, to use it to analyze and categorized multi-dimensional attributes of customers, and grasp different customers needs to the different products, and understand the customer's spending habits to help develop new customers and maintain old customers, to provide decision makers for business advice. Data mining is the main service in the business decision-making. The final chapter is the evaluation of this article and prospects, and provide appropriate recommendations and measures.
