The Study On Construction Agent System Management Model Of Government Investment Projects

With the increasing development of our economy and society and the deepening of reform and opening up that traditional government investment project management system can not meet the market demands of economic development. Because the law and regulations are incomplete, investors, building and using units with in-one, leading to inefficient investment, while China's fixed asset investment has been rapidly rising, Construction Agent System is in the context of this era came into being.In this paper, the government investment projects as the carrier to manage the model in this study. Article begins with government investment projects of the concept, characteristics and classification and description set to introduce management more mature in the West developed countries and China's Hong Kong region of the implementation model and management experience, analyzes the Chinese government investment development and evolution of project management and traditional management models drawbacks.
