With the global information technical development, multi-project management has already become important development direction of the current ERP software industry. The implementation of multiple projects will involve the sharing and conflict of resources, especially the human resources in different projects.How to reasonable, valid and dynamic manage the human resource has already become the primary problem in the ERP software enterprise. Work well under multi-project management of the human resource management, can shorten the project period, reduce the project cost and raise the profit margin of the enterprise.The study around the human resources management of multi-project, which is the primary problem in the ERP software enterprises. This paper take the X software company as the research object, firstly introduce and analysis the problems in human resources management of multi-project management. Then combining multi-project management theory and experiences, proposed the establishment of multi-project management framework under the dynamic management of resources. In order to ensure that the dynamic management of resources, we build the Project Management Office, make the classification and grading of Human resource, divide the project implement phase, build the Multi-project management information system and salary system.By the research of human resources management in multi-project management, we recognize that good dynamic management of human resources is a system engineering, and need the enterprise to do a great deal of foundation management work. The multi-project management framework under the dynamic management of resources has strong leading meaning to X company and provides a reference for other related ERP enterprises to resolve the same problems.In the resources dynamic management, we raise the classification and grading of Human resource, the matrix of the resources' phased allocation and use the information system in human resources management, which have some innovative.The study of the human resource dynamic management of multi-project further enrich the human resources management theory under multi-project management and provides a reference for researchers on human resource management of multi-project.
