With the continuous advancement of the reform process,the property industry is showing a booming development trend and playing an increasingly important role in the social industry.Advancing along with the development and growing of urbanization in recent years,the property industry is no longer constrained by real estate subsidiary industry or just as a district logistics services,large-scale multi-functional business in the complex,multi-functional comprehensive community and administrative commercial residential compound mall multivariate body comprehensive urban structure framework has become a city the main unit.At the same time,residential areas in the scale and demand in the depth of the direction of continuous strengthening,promoting the property management projects also diversified and all-round development.Under this background,the development of the property company,is a challenge is an opportunity.The arrival of the new era,the property company is not only like the traditional property to engage in housekeeper work,but also to actively to the depth of the direction of extension,to find suitable for the property company’s own three-dimensional development orientation.Under such an environment,X property management company is breaking away from the affiliated logistics department of the real estate company and putting itself into professional property management and operation.Current X property company that provides service project consulting services(collecting,sorting,and feedback the owner need a lot of information and its relationship coordination),property management(logistics service work and internal daily transaction processing)and business(based on services,expand service system owner of proprietary enterprise),three big project framework with deposit is the main development direction of the company.Human resource management is the most critical link in the construction and development of a property company to improve its multi-project management and achieve its strategic objectives,and plays an important role in the actual operation.X property management company is currently in the stage of rapid development.How to coordinate the relationship between the management of multiple projects and the allocation of human resources,and to operate efficiently at the same time,is the primary problem that the company needs to solve at present.Based property company efficient human resource optimize configuration of project management,and using the related management theory as the basis,in the current project management environment,with X property company human resource configuration as an example,analysis of the current project management under the environment that are the problems,such as management system is not sound,no talent pool,human resource configuration is not scientific,motility and low output efficiency of employees,finally through the analysis of forecasting scheme,put forward the corresponding solution measures,set for the current environment that meet the needs of human resource configuration management plan,aimed at making property company project management to sustainable development.At the same time,the corresponding supporting measures are put forward to implement the specific optimization program.
