In recent years,it has become an popular issue to carry out multi-project management in enterprise management for many years.It also become normal for most new energy power enterprises to implement several new energy generation projects.But as a result of the project management chaos,intense relation between each projects,resource competition,human resource shortfall,it has become the inevitable demand to study how to optimize the allocation of existing human resources and achieve the goals of all projects.S new energy power company,the original project management is single project management,but in recent years,with the development of new energy,it changes to multiple-project management.but as the shortage of the project management knowledge,The shortage of human resources is becoming more and more obvious.Combining with S new energy power company,this paper analyzes the human resource allocation in the current stage of the company,puts forward the problems and countermeasures,and studies the human resource configuration management in the new energy power multi-project construction.In this paper,the author uses the literature analysis method,empirical analysis method,questionnaire investigation method,and experience summary method,to build suitable human resource configuration model applicable to the construction of the multi project environment of S new energy power company.Detailed study is provided in the following aspects.1.Through project priority evaluation system of classification management of the projects and classified management of human resources by the importance in the professional and the human resource configuration,lay the foundation for multi-project human resource allocation.2.By setting up a project management office,and establishing project in the core position in the enterprise,it can provide a full range of effective project support and resources and finish the project with low cost.Construct multi-project information management system,realize multi-project human resource allocation,state tracking and dynamic management.3,According to the problem of human resource allocation of S new energy power company,this paper puts forward effective organization guarantee mechanism of recruitment management,salary management,incentive mechanism and team culture construction.In this paper,by constructing a set of suitable human resource configuration management solution for S new energy power company under the multi-project environment,solves the problems existing in the project management of S new energy power company,and gives reference value for human resource management of the similar company in the multi-project environment.
