With the development of economic and social progress, people's living standards have greatly improved. However, frequent food safety issues make people worry about their own health. Food safety incidents disrupte not only people's normal life, their health, desire for food consumption, living standards,but also jeopardize a country's economic and political development and social stability. Although the Regulation of China's food safety started late, but our leaders have attached great importance on it, so it have made great progress. While affirming the achievements over the past, we should also see that in our country , food safety incidents are still occurring. This show that the regulation of China's food safety still have deficiencies and need further improvement.Now, many experts and scholars are struggling in the field of food safety regulation, from the supervision agency,supervision measures, supervision aspects and so on to improve the system of China's food safety.This article focuse on the supervision agency of food safety to analyze the importance of multi-agent regulation of China's food safety in the perspective of governance. This article discusses the multi-agent refer to government departments, enterprises, consumers and the media. Article includes four parts in total. The first part is the definition of the concept related to food safety regulation. In the second part, first, summarize the changes of supervision agency of China's food safety, then pointe out the problems of structure of supervision agency, and analyze the causes of these problems.Finally,describe the the necessity and feasibility to carry out multi-agent regulation of food safety in China. The third part analyze the developed country's food safety management model and advanced management experience such as the United States, Denmark, Canada, Australia. The fourth part is the most important in the article. This part analyze the barriers to implement multi-agent regulation in our country, then on this basis, put forward practical policy recommendations. Mainly from the legal, system of food safety information sharing, food safety education and other aspects to propose a solution. Food safety supervision under multi-agent, if lack of coordination, it will lead to inefficient regulation and no one could tube well. Therefore, in the end of the article, the author analyze the status of all supervision agency,and discuss how to play the role of comprehensive coordination in the supervisory process from food production and circulation.
