Study On The Social Co-governance Model Of Food Safety In China

Food safety incidents occur frequently in China,which seriously endangers people’s health and life safety.It is difficult to achieve the strategic goal of food safety by relying solely on traditional government supervision.Therefore,it is an inevitable choice to construct a perfect social co-governance model of food safety.To establish and improve the social co-governance model of food safety requires the active and efficient participation of government departments,food production and management enterprises,industry associations,consumers,media and other governance bodies.However,how to effectively implement food safety governance with the concept of "social co-governance",promote the reform of market supervision system and mechanism,and clarify the rights and relevant mechanisms of the governance subject under the co-governance mode are urgent problems to be solved at present.Combined with the development status of food safety management in district B of Y City,comprehensive analysis of district-level market regulatory institution reform progress and personnel transfer situation,discusses the daily supervision and sampling inspection,administrative punishment case analysis,the rectification of action,the enterprise self-discipline and complaints to report and the implementation of the measures such as social work condition,found in governance problems,analyze the reasons,puts forward the train of thought,It will play an important role in optimizing the functions of market supervision departments,forcing enterprises to self-regulate and social organizations to participate in the initiative.Drawing on the experience of social co-governance mode of food safety at home and abroad,it provides a new idea for district B of Y City to construct a sound social co-governance mode of food safety,and promotes the construction of a more reasonable and effective working mechanism,so as to further improve the efficiency of food safety governance.
