Research On Food And Drug Safety Supervision

In recent years,the CPC Central Committee,with General Secretary Xi Jinping as its core,has become more concerned about the physical and mental health of the people and has steadily increased its supervision over food and drug safety.With the improvement of people's living standards,the requirements for food and drug safety are different from those in the past.However,the types of food and drug and the processing techniques are changing with each passing day.At present,social instability factors are increasing,and the traditional system of supervision and control is single.First,the mode of supervision can not adapt to the development of the times.Therefore,the study of food and drug safety supervision is of great significance and imminent.This paper analyses the related research on food and drug safety by experts and scholars at home and abroad from the aspects of system,subject and problems in the reform of food and drug safety supervision.It also analyses the current situation of food and drug safety supervision in China,finds out four typical food and drug safety incidents as research cases,and analyses the existing problems in food and drug safety supervision in China.Specific problems,find out the specific reasons for the problems.Due to the early research in the field of food and drug in western developed countries,the system and supervision mode have been developed relatively mature so far.This paper,by comparing the advanced experience of the United States,the European Union and South Korea,and combining with the specific reality of our country,puts forward the countermeasures to improve the supervision of food and drug safety in our country,which can be summarized from the following three aspects: The first is to give full play to the leading role of the legislature and the government in food and drug safety supervision,including improving the legal system of food and drug safety supervision,perfecting food and drug safety standards,perfecting the mechanism of food and drug safety supervision,perfecting the administrative examination and approval system of food and drug,and enriching the means of food and drug safety supervision;the second is to clarify that food and drug producers and operators are the first in food and drug safety.Responsible persons include enhancing the sense of corporate social responsibility and strengthening the construction of corporate integrity;third,effectively play the synergy of non-governmental organizations and the public in food and drug safety supervision,including effectively play the role of non-governmental organizations and promote public participation in supervision.
