In the human resources management process, people paying more, also being the core of the link, is performance management. Enterprise to improve the level of management, it must establish a set of scientific and practical performance management system. A realty management enterprise as the typical representative of the emerging service industry in recent years, has been developed rapidly. But its development are exposed in performance management, some existing problems of enterprise development become the weak link of the enterprise'development. Therefore the performance of a realty management enterprise management and research has important practical significance.The article adopts the method of case study, in the case of WY property company. The first of this article reviews theories of human resource management, introduces the basic concepts, theory and methods of performance management. Emphasize that performance management's status and role in the management of human resource. In the case of the study, we analyse WY property company of performance management situation, investigate the enterprise, focus on its human resources management, especially the performance management situation of diagnosis, use the science, system performance management theory. combining the WY property company development strategy, analysis the existing performance management problems and causes. According to the strategic target and WY property company performance problems existing in the management system, redesign the performance management system and the specific methods of the thought.
