Research On Resource Allocation For Multi-Project Management Based On DSM In Institute Of Military

Multi-project management has become the focus and hot of research and practice of project management as multi-project management are applied in more and more enterprises. The resource allocation and conflict of different projects are very important. To reduce cost and improve enterprise benefit, the resource allocation for multi-project operating must be reasonable and effective.This paper carried out the study on multi-project resource optimization under the settled construction period. The theory of project management, multi-project management and resources optimization are introduced and the usual idea and calculation method of resources optimization are summarized. Draw lessons from this, resources optimization of multi-project operating is a complicated discrete combination and the usual optimization method is too simple and less effective.This paper analyzed the basic essences of multi-project resource balance, studied basic principle of network planning and computation of time parameter of network, established the multi-project operating resources balanced mathematical model.This paper introduced a new design structure matrix (DSM) which can greatly improve the performance of Calculation. Simulation study has been carried based on this method adopting the optimal Genetic Algorithms and information exchange uniformity. From simulation result it can conclude that the new design is more efficient.
