Performance assessment is the enterprise in order to achieve the objective of production and operation, Use specific standards and indicators, adopt scientific methods, to undertake production and operation process and results of all levels of management personnel to complete the work and their seniority assigned to bring many effect from the process of value judgments. Performance appraisal in the modern enterprise operation management is becoming more and more important, but often is many enterprise human resources management is the weak link. Therefore, strengthens to the enterprise staffs performance is examined issues of research, to improve the management level of the enterprise has the important practical significance.According to HF advertising company staffs performance is examined the present situation and the question, utilization of human resources management and performance evaluation related theory, combined with advertising business of the company and the particularity of the service object, trying to design a set of accord with HF advertising company performance assessment system, characteristics of the compensation scheme of HF company perfect, so as to arouse the enthusiasm of the employees, and promote the healthy development of the company.According to HF advertising company in developing the new situation and new problems as the starting point of the study, according to propose, analyze and solve problems on the logic thinking, HF advertising company employee performance evaluation system problems, systematically studied and design.
