Employee performance appraisal and salary incentive are the two important modules in human resource management, which has been researched and explored in the enterprise management. Originated in western,the theory of human resource management system also gradually sinicied in recent years, being close to China enterprises’ reality, and been added in Chinese characteristics. As the mainstay of China’s economic development, State-owned enterprises plays an important role in the 30 years of reform and opening-up,but with the development of the World,the economic globalization process has being accelerating, state-owned enterprises also should walk down the altar, changing the management ideas, deep tillage management essence, to win the advantage in the global competition.In this paper, the author selected K company —a traditional manufacturing enterprises as the object of the study, and analyzed the employee performance management and salary incentive status quo, combined with a large number of documents to read, analyze the incentive problems, difficulties and reasons in the employee performance management and salary of K company.With the Problem-oriented, made full use of accrual equivalence theory, such as the SMART goal management theory, can post matching theory, control and feedback theory, quantitative methods,etc. To explore the improved scheme fit for the development of K company,including the performance management of position quantitative assessment and Comprehensive salary incentive system. For solving problems, the improvement plan stick to the essence, pay attention to the operation efficiency. By building the employee performance evaluation and salary incentive system, the integration of assessment and incentives in K company will promote each other.Hope the staff performance appraisal and the improvement of salary incentive scheme of K company, the improvement of the related management can really promote there, meanwhile, some reference can be provided in the related areas for other enterprises.
