Study On The Evaluation Of The Land Intensive Utilization Of The Zhangjiajie Economic Development Zone

Under the status of shortage of land resource in our country, more land,especially the non-agricultural construction land can't meet the ever-growing demand of development zone,which directly lead to cultivated land reducing continuously and the contradiction between land supply and demand is seriously.It is vital and urgent to improve the efficiency of land,raise the land potential and scientific,rational,assess the present situation and land Potential of development zone objectively.There are important application values and theoretical significance to limit construction land sprawling blindly,lessen the pressure of cultivated land protecting,save the urban construction investment and strengthen land resource management for our country.Took a case study on zhangjiajie economic-developing zone,based on the investigation of the current land use situation,it built four intensives land use zone evaluation index system from four aspects:the land use, land use efficiency,land management performance and development of land,by using comprehensive analysis to complex evaluate land use intensity zone,then analyzed the evaluation result.Lastly estimated the potential intensive use time of the economic-developing zone.The results show that the intensive land use of Zhangjiajie zone was good overall,intensive score of 0.73.The land use structure and the degree of land development were more reasonable,the Intensity score of the land use condition was 0.78;thelntensity score of the land use efficiency was 0.53,the put into production and output of land was not enough, tap potential was larger.The rate of industrial land was only 23.53%,the intensity score of fixed assets investment in industrial land was0.44,well below the average level development zone inHunan Province,the industrial superiority was not evident.The land management and development performance scores were higher,respectively:0.92,0.91,reflected the good performance and good regulatory trends.The intensity score of land ecological benefits was 0.89, maintain a good ecological environment.The development zone should strengthen land planning and urban planning of the convergence,Rationly adjust land use structure,Strict imple the project access system, Intensify land management,and gradually improve the land market mechanism,revitalize the stock of land,reasonly supply land,promote the intensive use of land.
