| With integration of the global economy and China's economic development, both external and internal environment confronted by enterprises are in drastic changes. Gradually increasing competition and pressure impelled enterprises to face new challenge and strengthen strategic management. Performance management system with strategy as its core to turn macroscopical strategic target into recent measurable indicators, enhances the competitiveness of enterprises,make enterprises have advantages on competiveness, thus realizing continuous improvement of performance management and constant circulation between strategy implementation and correction,finally realize the strategic objectives of enterprises.This article through research and analysis the main problems on performance management and inadaptability in the current development requirements of Beijing Electric Power Transformation Company, and constructed a performance management mode which can be used into sloveing problems currentlly happened. New designing of performance management mode made a comprehensive way includes BSC, KPI, 360 degrees of performance appraisal and so on, it will makes the new performance management system more perfect , performance index more scientific and systematic, assessment relationship will be more explicit, also strengthen the communication between performance assessment and working.Through this paper,the author expects to provide suggestions for other enterprises intend to establish the performance managment system. |
