Along with the development of the global economy, information-based economy and knowledge-based economy play the leading role in economic development. World has entered the era of knowledge-based economy, knowledge has become the company's core assets. How to improve the competitiveness of enterprises depends on how companies use and innovative knowledge. And knowledge management platform is a powerful tool for enterprises.Based on the knowledge management theory, the knowledge management platform is established. Some important points were researched and implemented:through researching the development of knowledge management, some problems are showed in the application of knowledge management. There have some research on the knowledge classify, knowledge conversion process, and the basic responsibilities of knowledge management. Through researching the evolution of knowledge management model, the knowledge management model based on knowledge chain is brought forward. The fuctional requirements are obtained by the model, and the knowledge management platform is implemented. An enterprise as an object of knowledge management shows the process of implementation.Knowledge management platform is design based on knowledge transfer process. The each node of knowledge transfer process is transformed into the function of knowledge management platform. The platform implements the full text retrieval fuction based on Lucene. There are two models for the implemention knowledge map; they are files controller model and column model.Knowledge management is not just a platform based on the information technology. And it is a methodological issue. In order to achieve the purpose of knowledge management must be give attention to it in the enterprise strategic level, make it into the business processes of enterprise, and build a good environment for knowledge sharing.
