Research On The Enterprise Importing ERP System Based On BPR

ERP is the concept that is put forward by the leading information consulting firm Gartner last century. After several years of development, ERP has become a mature business management idea and management model, which is known as the next generation of enterprise information system. Successful ERP can be applied to corporate decision-making based on a scientific basis, to improve management efficiency and effectiveness. ERP applications as a good platform management and enterprise information management, it is also a process of enterprises to improve management and self-learning.Firstly, this paper points out that although the application of ERP enterprise management and operation will bring great benefits, but in this process, the enterprise will encounter a variety of problems, and it is not clear if the enterprise understand the nature of the ERP system, which it is hard to make the right decisions and adopt a rational approach to successfully import ERP system, and the ERP failed to be imported.Secondly, by studying the ERP, this paper contains a large number of management thinking and practice into enterprises ERP home and abroad, based on BPR theory, to analysis the reason of failure and cut into the import process from the depth of two aspects of BPR theory, and to establish a model of importing the ERP system. Finally, this ERP system model which applied into the Hong Rui group, has achieved the expected results. The Hong Rui Group has been imported ERP system successfully.It has proved that this model has a certain significance, promoting the enterprise ERP imported the change from theory to practical application, increasing importing ERP operability, reducing errors in the process, saving the consumption resources, to ensure the successful completion of enterprise ERP importing.
