As the rising of internet finance,with growing fierce competition in financial field,traditional banking in China faced the unprecedented pressure and competition,which made insiders realize the importance of banking reformation,innovation,and transform development.Banking abroad had made decent achievements in Business Process Reengineering,which proved more competitive in international market.With the overall opening of Chinese banking in 2006,Chinese commercial banks need launch Business Process Reengineering to improve competitiveness,in that case,process-oriented commercial bank management came into being.Bank of Communications put forward the idea of building process-oriented commercial bank management in 2008 and set a financial service center behind the scenes in 2010,at the same time financial service center repossessed some counter operations with process-oriented commercial bank management so that branch business could be devided into the front-stage and the back-stage,not only liberated labor force,but also promoted management performance.Therefore,the researches on process-oriented commercial bank management of the Bank of Communications not only provided other banks experiential exploration worthy of study,but also helpful to deal with the outsourcing of flow business,furthermore,enhanced market competitiveness when facing internet financial challenges.At the same time,this research has important practical significance and certain guiding significance.In this article,the author analyzed some theories,which are Process Reengneering,Organization Reengneering and Divisional Organization,and then combined these theories with practice.There are three the most noticeable problems in multitudinous cases,deeply investigated issues including the linkage between the front and back stage,risk management and control,personnel structure,low rate of working time,by steps of raising questions,drawing on advanced experience from other banks,and solving problems,and thus provided certain scheme prepared for the-next-stage development for Bank of Communication.Designing comprehensive risk management system,post hierarchy,Qingmiao Youth Project,internal pricing system,and market-driven order strategy,could provide the implementing plan for bank of communication in view of transforming development of process-oriented commercial bank management.
