With Economy globalization,customer demand individuality,rapid technique refresh rate,company scale is getting stronger day by day,Traditional Function-Organization is no longer adapt to the challenge and demand,which comes from3C(Customer,Competition and Change) and3I(Information,Internationalization and Intemet).Function-Organization organization just like pyramid,it has came out many maladies. Old hierachy system becomes barrier for development of organization in information era. The organization reformation is necessary. Process-Oriented Organization is urge enterprise to be oriented to customer, focus on process, the flat tendency of organization structure, dynamic organization boundary, integrated organization. It has became the demands of adaping to circumstance change.The thesis is based on QDZD company, studying on the organization theory of domestic and abroad selectively, including organization, organizational reformation, process management etc,and reaserching the history of process-oriented organization. It draws on the idea of process reengineering from Haier Group,"professional detachment, large-scale integration, process operation, market service". The thesis study on the construction of the business Process-Oriented organization,which is based on the QDZD company,it’s main idea is to customer service-oriented and process-oriented thinking. By application of the theory,we can get the conclusion, process-oriented organization is benefit for management,such as enhancing the organizational response ability, meeting customer needs, enhancing employee responsibility and enthusiasm increasing business efficiency and market responsiveness etc. The main content as follows.1. The1st part is introduction of the thesis.The background and meaning of this thesis are put forward in this part.It introduces organization theory, organizational reform theory, and process management theory.It also introduces the status quo of Process-Oriented Organization at domestic and abroad. It is concluded that Process-Oriented Organization construction is necessary to improve organization efficiency. The thesis describes the research methods and possible innovation.2. It is base the the thesis on theory reaserch. The development of Organizational Reformation theory and the flatter trend of organization configuration are introduced. Process-Oriented Organization is compared with traditional Function-Organization type in aspects of advantages and disadvantages,organization structure,operating mechanism and so on. It is concluded that Process-Oriented Organization is more adapted to information era.. The thesis describes process management theory and market chain theory,and the fouction of above two.3. The3rd part is empirical study. It is introduced that the management situation and advantages of the company. It is pointed to the problems of the existing process structure,and it’s all based on analyzing for the company’s existing organizational structure processes. It is suggested to integrate the process which has been split by division,and implement transformation from Division system to Process-Oriented organization.4. The4th part is a case. The case is based on Customer Service process, it reflected the consideration on customer-oriented process.It demonstrated that it is possible to reform the organization structure from Function-Organization to Process-Oriented organization.5. The fifth part is concluding section.It summed up all the thesis,and makes some suggestion.
