Select Suppliers Based On Risk Analysis And Relationship Management

With global integration process and competition increasing, the competition between enterprises has been spreading from the enterprise itself throughout the whole supply chain, supplier's performance large extent influence the development of the enterprise, so supply chain management is very important. The role of purchasing management in supply chain gradually highlight with the further development of economy, whether can choose a good supplier and with good manage the supplier decided enterprise whether can meet and exceed customer requirements,win the market and attaining lasting competitiveness.The first step of selecting a supplier is to identify existing risks in the supply chain which affect the enterprise performance and then use the analysis to determine the basis index of supplier selection evaluation. Reasonable evaluation index affects the choice of supplier, reasonable evaluation index and evaluation method will play a key role not only in the preliminary selection of supplier but also later in supplier performance evaluation and management, even though the high important of supplier selection, evaluation and supplier management but found there is lack of research in the literature evaluation methods and specific index of weight.This paper first learning from the existing theories and methods in the supplier selection then combined with the analysis of the problems actual existing in the enterprise to reach the risk factor of selection and so the specific indicators that supplier evaluation. Using AHP level analytic method to reach the weight of each coefficient and use them to choice the supplier. Based on the related theory of supply chain management and analysis to obtains the related methods supplier management.This paper mainly has five parts, the first two parts focused on the recent theory and research achievements; the third part emphasizes the factors of risk to introduce related evaluation index.The fourth part focus on relationships and the methods of management between enterprise and suppliers,the possibility and interests of set up cooperating relationships. The fifth part through the analysis of supplier management to concrete incentive and control methods. Through the research eventually got key supplier selection and management methods.
