Research On Supplier Evaluation Of High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industry Under Sustainable Supply Chain

In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to environmental protection and corporate social responsibility.How to achieve the coordinated development of supply chain,environment and society while pursuing economic development will be the decisive factor for enterprises to succeed in market competition.Sustainable supply chain management is a new management mode for core enterprises to achieve sustainable development.Supplier selection is an important part of sustainable supply chain management and a prerequisite for core enterprises to implement sustainable supply chain.Establishing a scientific and reasonable supplier evaluation system and method is the key issue of sustainable supply chain management.High-end equipment manufacturing industry has a far-reaching impact on China's national economy and national development.Its development must be based on the concept of sustainable development,taking into account the economic,social needs and future development trends.The main contents of this paper include the following three aspects:(1)Firstly,this paper systematically reviews the relevant research and theory of sustainable supply chain management and supplier selection,and analyses and combs the related concepts and characteristics of high-end equipment manufacturing industry,which provides a basis for the construction of the follow-up supplier evaluation system.(2)Construction of supplier evaluation index system for high-end equipment manufacturing industry under sustainable supply chain.Reasonable supplier evaluation index system is the key to supply chain management and selection of suitable suppliers for core enterprises.On the basis of reading and analyzing the relevant literature and evaluation index system of sustainable suppliers at home and abroad,and on the basis of triple bottom line theory,combined with the characteristics of high technology level,high investment and wide influence of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises,this paper screens and constructs the evaluation index system of high-end equipment manufacturing suppliers including economic dimension,innovation dimension,environmental dimension and social dimension.Through case study,it is concluded that innovation ability will greatly affect the final score of high-end equipment suppliers,and economic,environmental and social factors also restrict the final ranking of suppliers.(3)Research on supplier evaluation methods.Considering the complexity of supplier evaluation system and the conflict of evaluation indexes in high-end equipment manufacturing industry under the sustainable supply chain,this paper uses the hybrid method of analytic hierarchy process and compromise ranking method,which can solve the supplier selection problem more effectively and flexibly under the sustainable supply chain,and verifies the application of this method in the sustainable supply chain through sensitivity analysis.Feasibility and stability of supplier evaluation and selection in high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
