At present,Chinese manufacturing industry is facing with lots of multiple pressures,such as improve product quality,reduce cost,shorten delivery,and improve service etc.Under the environment of supply chain management,if the clothing manufacturing enterprises want to stand in an impregnable position in the fierce competition,they should improve the enterprise's core competitiveness,supplier who as the source of the supply chain,their selection and evaluation is particularly important.Therefore,the enterprise began to strengthen the cooperation with suppliers and hope to achieve information sharing and risk-sharing with them.Hence,how to choose the suitable supplier will become an important problem for enterprise development.This study based on the development of company A,through literature search,actual survey and data analysis etc.,and by selecting the appropriate method and process to build an index system which suitable for supplier selection and evaluation of company A.And then selected several suppliers' representative apply index system,and based on the empirical research on the index system of inspection,and last through discovering and improving the problems to forme a complete,scientific,concrete operable selection and evaluation index system of clothing manufacturing enterprise supplier.Then on this basis to study the setting of the index weight,the target level of division and the selection of evaluation methods,and later supplier selection and evaluation model has been formed.At the same time provide the specific and operable reference model for suppliers' selection and evaluation index system of clothing manufacturing enterprises'further construction.And based on the selection of the optimal supplier to construct a complete supplier relationship management,and form the effective supplier management mechanism and a long-term mechanism finally.
