The Application Of The Engining-procurment-construction Project Management In The Trt System

According to the increasingly growth of engineering project construction, every main part should establish the specific project management system which fits its traits based on its existing enterprise mechanisms, in order to directing the executing of project management, improving the efficiency of project management. Moreover, it can provide a reliable basis for the success of the engineering project, and it can progress further refined management of cost, schedule making, quality, resource control, etc., which is for the purpose of enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprises or engineering companies.Based on the multiaspect and multi-viewpoint, the modes of engineering project management is innovating, developing and expanding enormously day and night. Any engineering project is unique, but the project management modes which fit the engineering project are various. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to state the research on the theory of project management, contracting engineering management and the practice of the operation. By utilizing the method of combining the management theory and practice, learning the theory and models of the worldwide project management, focusing on the theory analysis, combining the practice of engineering project, especially combining the basis process and the management modules and its traits of every stage in whole process, and taking the TRT System of COREX Kiln for the contracting project of Pusteel of Baosteel Group moving to Luojing as an example, this paper is going to discuss the execution of the contracting mode of project management, in order to structuring the rudiment of contracting project industrializing managing mode of TRT System.
