Training evaluation is a key component of human resources training, helping to understand whether the desired goals are achieved so that individual and organization's overall performance can be improved by improving the training program. Though there are many methods in training evaluation of manufacturing enterprises technical staff, there are still some problems during the actual operation, such as lacking comprehensive evaluation and diverse evaluation techniques. Besides, the evaluation theories and practice are separated, leading the desired goals can't be achieved. Therefore, it is of great significance for training quality improving to establish a scientific, reasonable and operational training evaluation system. This article takes training evaluation system of manufacturing enterprises technical staff as the main study subject. By studying the specific practice the theories at home and abroad, the author designed a training evaluation system combined theories and practice, trying to improve the traditional Kirkpatrick model. First, the article profoundly studied the theories and development of training evaluation. Second, it analyzed the application of Kirkpatrick model, particularly the problems when it is used in training evaluation of manufacturing enterprises technical staff. Then, through improving the Kirkpatrick model, the author proposed a more operational one and built a set of indicators, using AHP to determine weights. And the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to assess the indicators. Finally, the system was used in the training evaluation of manufacturing enterprises technical staff of A Group, proving that the model and indicators are reasonable and feasible when used in the training evaluation of manufacturing enterprises technical staff. Also, some rational proposals were provided for staff training of A Group.
