Talent is an important strategic resource that decide company how to develop. Inother words, Business success depends on talent. It’s a unique advantage that spends alot of time developing high-quality talent for a successful enterprise. Therefore, it isan important topic for contemporary society that how to carry out the talentdevelopment, training and how to make full use of the enthusiasm.Generally speaking, talent comes from two aspects. On the one hand, absorbingthe talent is easy to operate, at the same time, the new employee isn’t familiar withenterprise culture, so they need to spend a longer time to adapt. On the other hand,taking many factors into consideration, for instance, Staff itself and the needs of theenterprises’development, retraining personnel who have been very familiar withenterprise’s development and business whether internal or external is a good way. Formost companies, the latter obviously has a big advantage.So this article used The Southland Corporation as one example and discussedin-service staff training in detail in order to establish a perfect staff training systemand made scientific evaluation of training results.The main research work is as follows:(1) This text adopted the way of analysis and summary of the modernmanufacturing enterprise employees retraining through consulting the documents andmaterials, aimed at founding the advantages and disadvantages. In view of thecompany’s actual situation, author analyzed its deficiency in employees retraining byon-the-spot investigation of southern company.(2) In view of the southern company’s actual situation and literature, authordesigned a model of staff training system, analyzed the difficulty, and breakthroughstep by step. Training content, training process, the course s ystem and differencescomparing with other company composed this system.(3) Evaluating training system that have built. This part mainly made acomprehensive evaluation aiming at the results and scientific integrity of employeesretraining. This part will use the balanced scorecard, the analytic hierarchy processand fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct evaluation system and thenmake a comprehensive evaluation. (4) Studying the case which used retraining system and investigating the overalleffect. When the retraining system is carried out for a year, investigate and analyzethe implementation situation. Finally, putting forward reasonable suggestionsaccording to the survey results and evaluation result.
