With the development of China's economy,human capital in the enterprise development strategy is more and more important.Technical personnel,who is matching the enterprise production operation skills,is in short supply in the human resources market obviously,it has also encouraged companies to pay more attention to the existing technical staffs personal qualities and professional skills.And on-the-job training is an important means of human resources training and development,which is beneficial for the sustainable development of the company.Therefore,this study would review Kirkpatrick Model and S-OJT,combining the current situation of implementation of the technical staff on-the-job training in the Y company,analysis of the existing problems and reasons,and design a set of suitable optimized plan for the Y company's technical staff on-the-job training,all of these have important practical significance and value management.From the perspective of the relevant concepts of on-the-job training,this study would define the on-the-job training and review the relevant theories,Kirkpatrick Model and S-OJT is a major assessment tools and theoretical foundation of this study.Kirkpatrick Model contains four assessment levels are reaction level,learning level,behavior level and results level.S-OJT is divided into six steps and four segments,the six steps are deciding whether to use the S-OJT,analysis needed-learning unit of work,training S-OJT trainers,preparing S-OJT,implement S-OJT and solve the problem of using S-OJT;the four stages are decision analysis,planning and preparing,implementation and evaluation,improvement optimization.The major research methods adopted in the paper is according to literature research,case analysis,and questionnaire survey,analyzed the present on-the-job training situation of Y company's technical staff,consisting five parts,the main selected by making training plans,trainers,clear training form,training content and the implementation of on-the-job training.On this foundation,using the fishbone diagram analysis method,pointed out the problems existing in the on-the-job training of Y company contains on-the-job training planning without system,poor quality trainers,enterprise awareness is not strong,department cooperation degree is not high.On the basis of above analysis,this paper puts forward the optimization Suggestions for the on-the-job training of technical personnel in Y company,respectively from the decision analysis,planning,implementation,evaluation and improve the optimization of four stages,in view of the Y company's existing technical staff on-the-job training clear objectives,detailed one by one,the original is messy systematic and structured on-the-job training each link,and in order to achieve optimal the purpose of Y company's technical staff on-the-job training.
