| At present,China is shifting from labor-intensive to technology intensive.In order to achieve this goal requires a large number of technical personnel.Visible,technical staff for the development of China’s industry,as well as China’s economic and social development has played a positive role.In order to enhance the innovation ability of the technical staff,enterprises need to actively implement the human resource development activities,such as staff training.The perfect employee training system is the basic factor to ensure the smooth implementation of staff training activities.In view of this,this study will study the optimization of H company’s technical staff training system.This study mainly includes the following contents: firstly,the research background,research significance,research status,research contents and methods of the research are described.Secondly,on the basis of existing research,concepts related to the research on staff training,staff training system is analyzed;after the analysis of the theory basis,the research involved mainly includes: expectation theory,adult education theory and training evaluation theory;finally,analysis of the current commonly used training mode.After the theoretical analysis,the empirical research is carried out.The specific research process,this company took the lead on the H software development company technical staff for basic overview;after questionnaire survey and field investigation combined with the content analysis of the training situation of technical staff of H company and the problems;after the end of the study,to improve the related problems as the goal,from the training needs analysis,training optimization design plan optimization,optimization training courses and improve the four dimensions of training evaluation mechanism,put forward specific measures and suggestions on how to optimize the system of technical staff training of company H.The last part is the conclusion and outlook.Firstly,it summarizes the research results and points out the shortcomings of the research,and looks forward to the development direction of the technical staff training system.Hope that the relevant research results can be used for reference for the H company or the similar situation of H company’s technical staff training system optimization practice. |
