With the increasing speed and fast development of high-speed railway, the safety of high-speed railway becomes the eternal theme. In order to insure the safety of overall trip, the railway system starts using high-speed inspection train which can enhance the daily inspection work for the railway infrastructure, look for damage, and guide the maintenance of railway to guarantee the trains'stability, safety and efficiency. As the positioning accuracy enhances, high-speed inspection train can locate the damage faster to provide better guidance for the railway infrastructure's maintenance and insure the safety of high-speed train. Therefore, the research on positioning accuracy of high-speed inspection train has important application value.Through the research and analysis of domestic and overseas positioning skill, this article adopts mileage fixed positioning method, based on pulse signal mileage accumulation, to do the positioning work for high-speed inspection train. And with the analysis on the operation environment of high-speed inspection train, actual situation of high-speed railway and RFID skill, this article not only puts forward a mileage fixed project which, based on RFID skill, makes electronic tag and balise as the main mileage fixed source, but also analyses its feasibility.This article puts forward a new space-time calibration system project which based on RFID skill, then makes a deep analysis on its operating principle, system architecture and project design, and we do the laboratory test meanwhile. After the live high-speed test, we confirm the project's feasibility and reliability. Based on RFID skill, we make a new project on high-speed and comprehensive inspection train's space-time calibration system.
