Control survey is the fundamental part of measurement, which has a significant position and role. The process of control survey is broken up into three steps:control network design, field work and interior data processing. At present, there is a bunch of mature technologies like GPS technology, photographic surveying and remote sensing having been applied in the field work. The emergence of all kinds of data processing software and the drawing software, also realized the digitalization in the interior data processing. As one of the paramount work flow which links to measurement, however, the current method of control network design and optimization still relies mainly on the field inspection and experience of the technical personnel. It has already not adapted to the surveying and mapping requirement contemporary widely used. It is imperative to conduct improvement and refinement.Traditional survey control network design needs a numerous of work load. Design requirements and specifications must consult regulation and literature temporarily. All of these incur long time, low efficiency, lack of flexibility. With the wide application of computer technology and rapid development of geographic information system (GIS) platform, computer aided survey control network design arises at the historic moment. In the1990s, some scholars put forward survey control net optimize design based on digital terrain model (DTM); At the beginning of21centuries, some scholars propose interactive auxiliary design using all sorts of space analysis function at the back ground of electronic map. While there is still any mature and efficient auxiliary design method to cope with the different measure condition. In this background, this paper implements human-machine interactive measurement control network design aided by the computer technology and SuperMap.Deskpro.NET6R (2012), and achieves rapid, efficient and practical effect.After consulting and gathering abundant academic works and the literature material, this paper introduces measurement control web design background, the present research situation and development trend. Then it summarizes the main contents and methods of the control net design. Using SuperMap.Deskpro.NET6R (2012) as software platform, using C#VS2008to write programs, it aids survey control network design.At premise of national standards and norms, it neaten GPS nets, level nets and traverse networks, three control network technological design document templates. Through the function setting and interface configuration, it using SuperMap. Deskpro.NET6R (2012) to built strong targeted and practical platform. Finally, it uses C#VS2008to perform the I/O operation to assemble documents, imports written program into platform to realize output functions of printing the design. It reaches the convincing conclusion that this method is feasible and pragmatic.
