In the process of aviation product development and research,a large number of technical documents are needed.In the process of aviation product development and research,a large number of technical documents are needed,the single model of aviation product development related technical document which has thousands of copies,the document has Strict document format.the engineering and technical personnel,the management personnel spend a long time to prepare a large amount of documentation.Technical documents involving all kinds of technical indicators,the relevance of references and the key indicators is very complicated.It is difficult to ensure the consistency of the technical state.The document knowledge is difficult to be fine-grained reuse.So we urgently need to development a technical document automatic generation system independently which targeted within the industry and integrated aviation business more deeply.In this paper,according to the actual needs of the industry,the paper makes a detailed analysis and system design of technical document automatic generation system,the system is divided into eight modules.System based on MVC frame work and combined with B/S,JSP,Oracle database 11 g to carry out the develop ment of the system.The project intends to aeronautical products and the development process of technical document templates,standardized,standardized management,knowledge of the particle size of the document is structured expression,and technical documentation associated with the preparation of key indicators,for effective management of the technical documentation and intelligent preparation,technical documentation process to achieve knowledge reuse,quickly and automatically generate the final effective regulatory documentation process and shorten documentation cycle,improve document quality,reduce preparation costs and achieve closer integration of design knowledge and processes to improve model development capability.
