Design And Research Of Electronic Shaking Table Head

The electronic shaking table head is investigated as a subject in this dissertation, theorical and experimental investigations on electronic cam applied in yun xi cam-lever shaking table head are conducted in this dissertation.The definition and research content of electronic cam and electronic shaking table are elaborated and the overrall design scheme of electronic shaking table head is determined.Electronic shaking table head and mechanical cam-lever shaking table head are contrasted in the paper.Operating principle of electronic shaking table head is introduced in the paper.Siemens S7-300CPU317T-2DP PLC controlling the SINAMICS S120drive with1FK7standard sevro motor is as the actuator of electronic shaking table head.According to control principle of Siemens S7-300CPU317T-2DP PLC,we divide the motion control process of T-CPU to five steps.The structures of yunxi I shaking table head and yunxi II shaking table head is summarized in this dissertation,mathematical analysis is applied in cam-lever shaking table head,and the displacement equation of cam-lever shaking table head is putted to use,that is the Platt-Ao motion equation.Function\overrall design scheme and structural design of electronic shaking table head are illustrated.Research content and selection principles of servo system is introduced in this dissertation,the SINAMICS_S120drive with1FK7sevro motor is applied in the design by sevro motor selection procedure.By comparing the incremental optical encoder and absolute optical encoder,the design chooses the incremental optical encoder for half closed loop control.Because of several advantages of the ball screw, the design makes the use of ball screw as the drive mechanism of electronic shaking table head.Hardware design and implement of electronic shaking table head are concretely illustrated in the paper,three-dimensional plot of electronic shaking table with electronic shaking table head instead of mechanical cam-lever shaking table head is drawn in the paper.Software design and implement of electronic shaking table head are concretely illustrated in the paper.Finally,by means of the STEP-7,program is compiled to accurately simulate Platt-Ao motion curve to control the shaking table,eventually realize the mechatronics refomation of mechanical cam-lever shaking table head.
