Design Of Electronic Tax Certificates For Motor Vehicle Based On ARM

Intelligent Transportation System is a comprehensive traffic management control system, which integrated adopts advanced computer technology, communication technology and electronic control technology. In order to alleviate the negative impacts of rapid growth of motor vehicles, many states attempt to establish intelligent and informationized traffic management system. It is the most important way to realize urban scientific and modern management and improve traffic safety and transportation efficiency.With the acceleration progress of intelligent transportation system in China, the informationized task of the vehicle tax certificates is becoming more and more urgent. Motor vehicle certificates including the traffic mandatory liability insurance, vehicle inspection and environmental protection still remain in the paper stage. The design of electronic tax certificates in this thesis not only clearly reflects the state of taxes, but also realizes the electronic and intelligence in patrol of traffic police and achieves the optimization and exploration for tax management in Intelligent Transportation System.This thesis focused on the electronic information of paper tax certificates and discussed the practical significance of the electronic tax certificates of motor vehicle. The method of designing the display device of vehicle electronic tax is presented, which completed the hardware and software designs based on ARM. The display device of motor vehicle electronic taxes consists of display module, voice remind module and CDMA communication module. The function modules have been tested and achieved a stable performance.
