With the development of computer technology and network technology, the on-line information resource shows explosive growth. Under the Internet environment, the users' information needs present more multiple and personalized. Internet users especially focus on information's richness, novel and timeliness. Traditional information service already can't effective help users get rid of the information overload and information disorientation. So when the conception of Internet personalized service has been put forward, it quickly comes to be a hot point.Base on research and practice of user research and user experience design theory, improve the user interest model, this paper present a self-help personalized service strategy improvement design on an electronic merchandise E-commerce platform. In this system user experience is used as a tool to direct and wait the personalized service, that construct a personalized E-shopping environment which can give users much happier on-line shopping experience. Following has presents the main contents of this paper:First, Research on the elements of user experience; construct a user center design process and evaluation method.Then, Research and summarize the elements effect the user shopping experience by user research methods, fund the system' personas.Then, Combining the characteristics of E-commerce websites implements the traditional user interest model. Present the user interest model which described by merchandise characteristics and put semantic meaning parameter and time parameter into the interest model which make the model more exactly. In the same time provide a conception which support user model visual management and share that escalate the ability of user self-manage, bring good user experience.Last, Construct a personalized service function framework base on the user interest model.
