With the development of Industry, it Brings a lot of convenience to daily life, However, It will bring a lot of harmful factors in the industrial production. Such as dust pollution in coal mining and cement production and other industries. It is the most serious impact to human health in a variety of risk factors. The dust is hazards to the human body, the most direct and most serious is that it will cause of pneumoconiosis. It may explode when the dust concentration is too high in high temperatures and dry conditions. Temperature and humidity are important parameters to reflect the environmental comfort and also.The system which is designed to detect dust and temperature and humidity in the air. It is designed base on the transmission technology of ethernet and3G.. The technology of detecting dust and temperature and humidity. The system mainly process the data collected by Sensor. Then display and send to computer. The dust sensor according to the princIPle of light reflection, when the atmospheric dust particles come across the sensor beam, the sensor will get the corresponding concentration of dust by detecting the intensity of the reflected light. Temperature and humidity sensor signal to temperature and humidity signals into electrical signals, after signal conditioning and AD conversion, and finally obtain the corresponding concentration value. It can get the data which we need by sending the command. At first,we display and save it.Then send it to computer by internet or3G.The host computer for data storage and analysis will alert to the people once the data is out of range. To achieve the purpose of real-time monitoring of data.On the hardware side, we use Samsung ARM9chIP S3C2440as the processor, with supporting external SDRAM and external NORFLASH, we use the dust sensor base the theory of light scattering and the temperature and humidity sensors for data collection.The processor get the final result through the collecting and calculation. Then it send the data to host computer by internet or3G to store and display.On the software side, we divided it into host computer and slave computer. The slave computer is including μCOS-II embedded operating system and various task modules are Programmed base on μCOS-II. The slave computer mainly drive of each sensor module to collect data and send the data to host computer through TCP/IP protocol or3G module. The host computer is programmed by Delphi, it's mission is to receive the data from slave computer, then store and process them. The data mainly include Dust concentration﹑temperature and humidity.
