Temperature and humidity detection technology is widely used in industrial production. In the process of the solar drying, The measurement of Temperature and humidity is a very important part, Temperature and humidity parameters in the drying process is an important indicator. I study on the basis of temperature and humidity detection status in this paper, design a kind of automatic detection system based on Multi-level communication bus with temperature sensors and humidity sensors. Including the designs of control station and slave system. PC users can set the temperature and humidity thresholds, Query and analysis the historical data, and can display the real-time data. In addition, The host computer send orders to slave system and collect the temperature and humidity data.The S3C2410 processor is taked as the core of temperature and humidity detection In this paper, LabVIEW8.5 is the development platform system, It can collect and detect temperature and humidity through S3C2410.The main content of this paper is listed as follows:1) The solar drying acquisition system is designed based on S3C2410 processor, And design the temperature and humidity detection circuit which is based on the digital temperature sensor DS18B20 and HS1101 separately.Which has high precision and long term stability.2) Design a kind of system which can monitor process, collect data, storage and query based on LabVIEW8.5. The process interface is easily used, we can operate the interface simply. At the same time, it can collect and process datas.3) Design a kind of conversion circuit between RS-232, RS-485 and TTL, complete the communication between the host computer, the converter and the processor S3C2410.4) Debug the program through simulation tests on hardware and software, promote the precision of the detection system and achieve the desired objectives quickly. The test result show that the detection method can improve the detection of oven drying process effectively, improve the detection accuracy for the solar drying, provide reference for further research.
