Research On The Integration Of Collection Archives Information Resources

Archives resource is an indispensable part of information resources,and it has its original nature,and its value is increasingly prominent.The development of information technology,network technology,communication technology,on the one hand,changed the existence of the information,make its dynamic,on the other hand,it has greatly changed the public acquisition,use,dissemination,storage,information,and use of information requirements.Centralized and orderly file information resources and rapid and efficient service methods have become the public's requirements for archivists.However,at present our country archives stubborn in entity management,library collection structure of a single,unreasonable configuration,resources scattered and disorderly,forming a "information island",can't meet the needs of the public use of information,so the resources integration should be taken seriously and is on the agenda by the archives.This paper analyzes the social basis of the archives information resources integration and driving factors,this paper expounds the integration of the role of the effect and principle,the pattern of archives information resources integration,puts forward the integration of some of the problems,and in the reference library information resources integration and foreign,on the basis of information resource integration experience,combining with the characteristics of the archives collection and archives to integrate work actual situation,proposed the corresponding solution countermeasures.
